“Property seemed clean, however when we went to our King room it smelled like ammonia and mildew. Talk to the manager, and he said the only way they could change rooms as if we paid for a room upgrade. Did enjoy the hot tub, but when we went to bed for a couple hours, woke up with a headache from the smell. Decided we would just drive on to our next destination.”

“Room was clean but didn't smell fresh. Couldn't open bathroom door fully due to elongated toilet bowl. Bed linen was clean. Breakfast was pretty good. Picked hotel because I was pulling trailer and it said plenty of trailer parking space but only had a standard parking lot. Was able to park taking up 2 spots.”

“An updated classic with a small jazz ensemble for a wide-choices Sunday brunch, a in-house cafe and coffee shop, and restaurant. The hotel since its renewal opening a decade or so ago is now tasteful, quality, yet dated non-shabby chic. We were assigned a large but junior suite. Cherry wood cabinet full kitchen, black and blue granite à la 2000, over polished oak floors, pit-group living room, sumptuous bathroom with nice amenities, comfort and style. When I stay in Davenport, I always stay……

“We had a wonderful stay and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend.”

“Our room smelled of smoke and damp. The floor tile was loose and made noise when walked on. The air conditioning unit was extremely loud. And the silicone around the toilet was very poorly done and quite dirty with urine stains. The lift had loose flooring. Overall this particular hotel is in need of major upgrades and repairs.”

“Did not get 2 king size beds that I paid for, staff was unable to refund me because I booked through Expedia! Rooms smelled like mold, bathrooms had mold in the shower. Bedding was old and smelly”
